He's Knightly! 

He's in the 1996 version of Emma with Kate Beckinsale. And I was just looking at the IMDb page and saw this trivia, "The pale pink gown with cerise ruffle along the neckline worn by a guest a the Crown Ball is the same gown worn by Victoria Hamilton (Mrs. Forster) to the Bennet's farewell dinner for the militia in Pride and Prejudice (1995)." I'd look into that but any version of Emma stresses me out.

He's also in IT Crowd again as a lawyer and in Harry Potter and many other things. But I just remember that face from Knightly.
